Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Cynna InvestoTrading LLP. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Investment Terms : Minimum Investment Requirement: The minimum capital required for investment is 20,000. However, for students, the minimum investment threshold is reduced to 10,000.

2. Profit Allocation : Percentage Split: The profits are divided between the company and the client based on a predetermined percentage split.
Client Share: 40%
Company Share: 60%[as compensation for our services and expertise.]

3. Risk Disclousure : Cynna InvestoTrading LLP fully undertakes all investment risks associated with trades conducted on behalf of the investor. The investor is shielded from any financial exposure, as Company will indemnify against all potential losses that may arise.

4. Access to Trading Accounts : Clients are provided access to their trading accounts through secure online portals or mobile applications. Clients must use provided login credentials and are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential.
Clients may have access to real-time or periodic reports on their portfolio performance, including transaction history, account balances, and other relevant data.

5. Security Measures :

Data Protection: The company employs robust security measures to protect client data and account information from unauthorized access, breaches, or fraud.
Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure that their own devices and systems are secure and that they follow best practices for safeguarding their login credentials and personal information.

6. Termination of Services : Either party may terminate the investment relationship with written notice of 21 days. Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms of this agreement.

7. Amendments : The company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon sending the revised Terms to your registered email address. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

8. Governing Law : These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
